This event is only accesible on invitation. The top 75 creatives that submit their portfolio will be invited. Alongside top executives of creative agencies based in Rotterdam.
The finals
The final takes place on May 12, 2025, at Lantaren Venster in Rotterdam. The five most-voted talents will present their work live to a panel of top industry professionals, who will select the ultimate winner.
The evening features two inspiring talks on talent development, and Alderman Robert Simons will present the award. It is the night where Rotterdam’s top creative management meets the next generation of talent!

Coming from Brazil, with over two decades of global experience across Brazil, the US, Germany, England, and the UAE, Rod has had the privilege of shaping creative narratives for some of the world’s most iconic brands. His journey spans agencies like McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, Jung von Matt, BBDO, and Publicis, where he has brought campaigns to life for names like P&G, Coca-Cola, Mars, Mastercard, Audi, Porsche, and Nivea. Along the way, his work has earned over 100 awards, including Cannes Lions, NYF, CLIO, LIA, and others, and he has also served as a jury member for global advertising awards.

RAW is a non-profit organization committed to nurturing and empowering the next generation of creative talent. In their talk, they’ll dive into the present, look ahead, and discuss the essential role of young talent in shaping the future of the creative industry. They will share RAW’s perspective on the current landscape, the opportunities and challenges ahead, and how these can be tackled together.
Mara Janssen 
Creative Strategist & part of RA*W
Creative Mara Janssen is a Delft graduate, and now working at Dentsu Creative Amsterdam. She seizes every opportunity to push her field forward, share her passion for creativity, and support young talent. Both in her daily work and as part of the RA*W board, a platform for young talent in the creative industry.
Daniel Ajubi 
Designer & part of RA*W
The 28-year-old Nigerian-Dutch designer, is born and raised in Dalfsen and now active in the creative industry in the Randstad. Since August, he has been a board member at RA*W, where he works alongside the team to bridge the gap between young creative talent and the industry.
